Area Job Conditions

Workers per capita is greatest in New Bedford (Massachusetts), Corvallis (Oregon), and Anderson (South Carolina). Fargo (North Dakota), New Orleans (Louisiana), and Baton Rouge (Louisiana) have the fewest per capita.

The highest salaries for employees are found in Nassau (New York), Napa (California), and Bethesda (Maryland), and the lowest-paying areas are in Baton Rouge (Louisiana), Honolulu (Hawaii), and Great Falls (Montana).
